Director Emil Munk's father is suddenly found dead in his apartment at a time where Emil and his father are emotionally estranged from each other. Therefor Emil decides to have one final talk beyond death. With the help from to actors loving and painful memories are re- visited. While at the same time father and son have a chance to talk about love, revolution, alcohol abuse and the meaning of life. During the process Emil realizes he has to travel to Palestine to create a new image of his father, and that it's never too late to change your personal narratives.
